Intertrain is totally committed to offering our customers the best possible service in training and assessment. One way we can demonstrate this commitment is through affiliations to inspectorate bodies that require external inspectors coming into our organisation and reviewing fundamental parts of our business such as; Quality, Health & Safety and Environment.

Intertrain is UKAS accredited to hold the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard and OHSAS 18001:2007 Health & Safety Standard. These three accreditations alone provide assurances to our customers that our internal systems are continually reviewed to the highest of standards within the business world.

In addition, we are proud to hold mandatory railway specific accreditations with RISQS - Five star compliance rating and National Skills Academy for Rail - Overall Gold standard which reviews our; Capacity to Improve, Leadership & Management, Learner Outcomes and Quality of Provision. To attain these very high standards requires a total commitment by all our team within the organisation and each person plays a vital role continuously trying to improve what we do and how we do it.

To support our vocational training department we hold the necessary awarding body accreditations which are reviewed by each establishments own External Quality Assurance team – ensuring that our delivery meets the required standards. To give further confidence to our client base the quality of the information, advice and guidance given to both our external and internal customers - is externally inspected enabling us to hold the Matrix Accreditation which we have successfully maintained since 2014.

What do our trainees think

PTS Practical Event, Warrington

The trainer had a very thorough knowledge of the subject matter, and was able to back that up with relevant real life examples. Craig was flexible in his approach and willing to go deeper into particular areas if required to ensure understanding. The facilities are good, and the indoor track training area is particularly impressive.

Martin Smith, Carillion Construction Ltd
OLEC 2, Doncaster

Very well constructed and delivered, outstanding performance on the trainer's part, both in the classroom and out on the track. I would recommend Archie McNeill to anyone who wishes to learn about overheads - a terrific experience.

Zain Ahmad, Coyle

Lee had an excellent practical and pragmatic approach towards training. I found him to be very knowledgeable, but more importantly he has fantastic knowledge transfer skills.
