To be eligible, the individuals must be:

• Aged 19 years or older (31st August of the academic year)
• Been a UK resident for the past 3 years or at least living in the EU for the past 3 years
• Unemployed and claiming JSA, ESA or Universal Credit  

        OR

• Currently employed but earning less than £17,000.50 a year (will need to provide evidence)
• You will also be required on enrolment to present / email through forms of Photo I.D.
